YOUR ROLE

  • Define and implement local marketing and trade marketing strategy for specific brands; allocate the respective marketing budget; manage and steer local marketing and trade marketing activities for the respective brands; Lead Digital strategy.
  •  Development of local marketing strategy for brands & contribution to development of local sales and pricing strategy
  • Marketing input for local masterplan
  • Set-up of “Marketing-Mix” for own brands, esp. define portfolio, price, promotion and placement strategy, in close cooperation with sales
  • Development of trade marketing/promotional strategy for brands
  • Development of promo plan and steer promo plan execution (in cooperation with Sales)
  • Shared P&L responsibility, steer Marketing budget
  • Optimize marketing processes
  • Leadership: local brands team
  • Close collaboration with international marketing and implementation of marketing activities
  • Development of Inno Plans in collaboration with Internati

YOUR SKILLS

  • Academic Background: Min. Management degree
  • Experience: Min. 2-3 years in FMCG Marketing with solid experience in brand management; Multinational Company background experience preferred.
  • Location: Lisbon based
  • Strong FMCG marketing and brand management knowledge
  • Strong financial/business mid-set (P&L thinking)
  • Strong understanding of retail business
  • Results/solution oriented
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Good influence capability
  • Team player/relationship manager (ability of building partnerships with business stakeholders (Sales, Costumer operations, Supply Chain, International marketing teams, etc.)
  • Good capacity of focus/define priorities (capacity of dealing with high workload and high-pressure environment)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Business strategic thinking 
  • Language: English (very good level is mandatory)
