About this Position
What you´ll do
- Support Global Capital Project Management (GCPM) team in the following projects and initiatives:
- Maintain up to date project management procedures, guidelines, and tools.
- Digitalization of project management tools and reports.
- Functionality of GCPM SharePoint.
- Engage with CPM community to capture feedback.
- Facilitate GCPM webinars and e-Learnings.
What makes you a good fit
- Engineering, Project Management or Construction Management related study.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using SharePoint.
- Experience with MS Project & Power BI (preferred).
- Strong English language skills.
