About this Position

What you´ll do
- Leading and organizing production operations as per Safety, Quality, Cost-effectiveness and on-time delivery KPIs through engaging the team
- Daily following - up manufacturing processes, KPI, OEE
- Planning or organization of workshop floor flow, machinery, investment and maintenance
- Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
- Maintaining highest standards of safety, quality and productivity on the production shop floor
- Determining and implementing improvements to the production process
- Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including maintenance, logistic, quality and management
- Assuming responsibility of hiring, training and keeping the production team motivated
- Sets up and executes development plans for production personnel
What makes you a good fit
- Having Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
- 9 to 12 years of experience in manufacturing or maintenance operations in managerial positions within a factory organization
- Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Advance knowledge MS Office applications
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Locate or willing to locate in Ankara
