What you´ll do
Assist Line Leader by coordinating team assignments, including manpower and materials to maximize efficient production and quality per manufacturing order.- Maintain written records of line production, efficiency, and quality. Keypunch data into computer and verify accuracy of records.
- Orient and train new line technicians and assist in evaluation of line technicians’ evaluations.
- Help to ensure the safety of individuals working in the department.
- Line check for quality, collect and deliver samples as requested. Allocate as appropriate.
- Notify Line Leader or Supervisor if issues exist, such as: any issues interfering with line’s ability to meet objectives, machine issues, any quality issues with output, components, and bulk, Personnel issues including fulltime and temporary staff.
- Make sure warehouse receipts match the actual for components and bulk. Inventory accuracy of product produces inputs and outputs, and accurately bar code place cards with correct information.
What makes you a good fit
- High School Diploma/HSE strongly preferred
- We have various shift: 1st shift: 6:30 am-2:30 pm, 2nd shift: 2:30 pm-10:30 pm and 3rd shift 10:30 pm-6:30 am
- Good communication skills and proficient in reading and writing English for safe and effective performance of the position.
- Proficient math skills as demonstrated through performance.
- Demonstrated relative work experience.
- The position is in the factory and could involve standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds

The salary for this role is $20.50 - $27.75 plus shift differential for 2nd shift $1.00 and 3rd shift $2.00.This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
