About this Position
What you´ll do
- Create Innovations and maintain competitive edge of the current portfolio in the PU-foam business
- Work in development projects for new foam products based on polyurethane, acrylate, or silane and other chemistries
- Work in R&D projects with high criticality to business
- Design test series and lab formulations for new adhesives
- Conduct characterization and specification testing of new development products
- Scale-up and transfer lab formulation into serial production
What makes you a good fit
- Apprenticeship in Chemistry
- Experience with adhesives (preferably PU adhesives or foams)
- Ability to take the initiative and high degree of flexibility and a strong ability for problem-solving
- Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate in a global and cross-functional team environment
- Fluent German and good English language skills
