About this Position
- Support AEI T&D KAMs.
- Collaborate with commercial team to align AE activities with business strategy.
- Ensure that all prioritized ACE projects which require AE obtain best in class support.
What you´ll do
- Drive T&D, ACE project, ensure sufficient and powerful technical support for T&D customers, continually improve project success rate.
- Drive T&D innovation/ADP project, develop best-in-class lab testing and application capability, leverage capability and know-how from other regions, other SBUs and suppliers.
- Provides high level support for T&D KAs with innovation, solution delivery, value quantification, visit top T&D customers and join public seminars, collect latest customer and market requirement, support Marketing and BDM to develop Henkel strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with regional and global T&D AE and PD, leverage best practice cross regions, deep-dive major challenges in solar technology development.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, Sales, PD, BDM, Market etc.
- Live up to Henkel leadership commitment, develop a high performance AE team in China.

- 2+ years of experience.
- Adhesive and thermal material knowledge.
