About this Position
- Application engineering technician for paper coating application.
- Responsible for recyclability test & pilot coater operation.
- Support customer’s application testing and PD sample evaluation for APAC regions.
- Drive application, process and equipment innovation, develop best-in-class lab testing and application capability.
What you´ll do
- Lab management following SHE guideline to support business in Asia Pacific.
- Lead test method and SOP setup & development, test report documentation.
- Support to complete lab and application testing of paper coating products.
- Responsible for recyclability test & assessment / pilot coater operation.
- Test database & report management.
- Support PD and business team on technical problem solving and on-site support if required.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor preferred in Polymer, Material and Chemistry.
- English fluent for daily communication & reporting.
- Experience in lab testing and lab management.
- Experience in operating water-based coating machine or printing industry background.
- 4~6 years working experience.
- Quick learner, open-minded and good communication skills.
