About this position
What you´ll do
- Execute the sales strategy and develop action plans for the assigned territory in line with business priorities
- Drive and monitor implementation of the regional pricing strategy
- Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with customers across the assigned area
- Lead the execution of key strategic sales initiatives within the territory
- Deliver sales, distribution, and profitability targets (including volume, gross profit, and contribution margins)
- Ensure effective territory coverage and identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales and profit potential
- Coordinate activities across key internal interfaces and ensure timely completion of administrative requirements
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure full commercial support
- Coordinate with Key Account Management teams on customer prioritization and strategic alignment
- Ensure compliant execution of all sales processes, including pricing governance and customer data management
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts, monitor KPIs, and take corrective actions when needed
- Manage and develop relationships with distribution partners, including performance and financial monitoring
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience in construction materials
- Strong preference for experience in waterproofing products and/or building chemicals
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and sustain strategic partnerships
- Solid experience working with applicators, contractors, and key project stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel as required
