What you´ll do

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to drive adhesive product sales and market penetration.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively expand the customer base within assigned territories and industries.
  • Provide technical consultation and product recommendations tailored to customer applications and requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and on-site technical support to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Application Engineering teams to deliver customized adhesive solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and commercial offers to clients.
  • Support customers in troubleshooting, application optimization, and problem-solving related to adhesive products.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives in line with business strategy.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Participate in trade shows, technical seminars, and customer workshops to promote adhesive technologies and innovations.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in technical sales, adhesives, chemicals, or industrial solutions (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of adhesive technologies, applications, and industrial processes.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications, product formulations, and customer application needs.
  • Proficiency in conducting technical product trials and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
