Join us as a Marketing Graduate within the Consumer Adhesives (ACC) business unit working with our well-known household brands Loctite, Pattex & Pritt and get the opportunity to become a game changer in our team, working alongside professionals from diverse backgrounds to achieve common goals and drive organisational success. What you´ll do
As a Marketing Graduate, you will play an active role in both operational & strategic aspects of our marketing efforts across the Nordics. You’ll work hands-on with new product launches and brand campaigns to support the broader commercial agenda, ensuring strong brand execution and campaign performance. Specifically, you will:
- Support the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns (across Meta and other platforms)
- Assist in content creation and asset management using tools like Canva and our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
- Support in new product launches, artwork preparation and full launch package
- Prepare and update trade and quarterly sales presentations for internal and customer-facing use
- Coordinate marketing operations between internal departments and external agencies
- Manage production and ordering of point-of-sale (POS) materials
- Track operationally marketing budget spend, and take charge of marketing supplier quote handling and purchase orders
- Take part in team meetings and projects, providing structured input and proactive follow-up
This role gives you the opportunity to develop a well-rounded marketing skill set with a strong digital & project management focus, in a supportive & collaborative team and to contribute to real impact in a global company.
What makes you a good fit
- You should graduate before September 2026 and no more than two years prior with a Bachelor’s, Master’s (or equivalent) degree in Business, Economics, or similar.
- You are fluent in English and one Nordic language (Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian).
- You are proactive, structured, and keen on details. You are also flexible, motivated, and take ownership of your tasks.
- You are a strong team player and can work effectively as a part of a multi-functional team both on-site and remotely.
- You have advanced MS Office skills, especially Power Point and Excel. Prior experience in other marketing related tools, platforms and AI (e.g. Meta, Canva, HeyGen, CoPilot) is an advantage.
- You are available for 12 months from September 2026.
