About this Position

Join us as a Nordic Marketing Graduate in Henkel Consumer Brands (HCB) and become part of an inspiring, international environment where you can dare to make an impact from day one.
What you´ll do
- Work closely with the Nordic Brand Managers to support the full marketing process from A to Z; you will be included in the first steps of projects, local evaluation and adaptation, execution, and finally the evaluation of launches, in-store, online campaigns, events, and other marketing activities.
- Contribute to brand and category analysis, consumer and shopper insights, competitive reviews and trend spotting.
- Support in product launches, creative development, artwork processes and campaign execution, both in-store and online.
- Coordinate 360° marketing activities.
- Assist in preparing management presentations, performance follow-ups and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies and Nordic colleagues.
This is a full time, 12-month paid graduate role. Perfect for someone ready to build a strong career foundation in marketing.

- You are a recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, or similar.
You are also:
- are fluent in English and Finnish/Swedish.
- are familiar with MS Office package and have good Excel & PowerPoint skills.
- have a natural curiosity and love learning new things
- are open-minded, ambitious and motivated, as well as a strong team player.
- take ownership and proactively find answers when something is unclear.
- enjoy mixing analytical work with creativity.
- are detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- above all you have a positive attitude and a high willingness to learn and develop your professional skills.
